Our goal of zero incidents is communicated clearly to each employee and by using the STEP (Safety Through Everyone’s Participation) observation program both at risk and safe behaviors.

Full-Time Safety Professional

We believe you must have a dedicated full-time professional; focused on the prevention of incident, providing education and training to employees and staying up to date on the latest industry trends. Our safety professional has over 20 years of experience and is certified through the Board of Certified Safety Professional as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technologist (OHST) and is an authorized OSHA trainer.
