Bid Request & Response

At King we pride ourselves in personalized service and welcome your phone calls and faxes regarding bids. However, in an effort to streamline the bid process and provide convenience to our customers, we are pleased to handle email submissions for both bid requests and responses.

So that we may properly process the bid, when requesting or responding via email, please include the following information, as described:

In the “Project Information” box include:

• project name
• project number
• bid request date
• indicate whether the job is a private or public works project
• indicate the owner(s)
• indicate the lender (if applicable)
• list any other pertinent details necessary to solicit or respond to the bid
